Recipe: I altered mine a little from the one I used online 5 eggs 1/2 cup shredded Gruyère cheese 1/4 cup cream cheese 2 tablespoons cottage cheese Salt and pepper 1/4 teaspoon. I added some garlic to mine. You can alter the recipe to make more obviously or if you prefer cream cheese over the cottage cheese you can substitute one for the other. I chopped up the bacon and cooked the bacon to my liking. Use as much as you want. Put the rest of the ingredients in a food processor or blender. What ever you have to use to mix all the ingredients. Only blend it for like 30-45 seconds. I used molds for the recipe. I lined the bottom with bacon. Then poured the mix over it. Put my mold on a baking sheet. Oven at 350 degrees. They say to help with keeping the texture to boil water and put in a pan at the bottom of the stove. Bake for 20 minutes and they should be done. I got it from online. I like mine cheesier so I added more Gruyère to mine.
