Step 1
Mix cut-up (diced) watermelon, onion, EVOO
Step 2
Let sit for a while, if getting too juicy, drain some as needed
Step 3
Just before serving: add feta (otherwise salt drains water from melons)
Step 4
Add 3-4 TB Balsamic Glaze (ie Bertolli)
Step 5
Stir and serve
