Instructions

Step 1
Preheat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat
Step 2
Add sliced sausage, cook for 6 minutes or until golden brown
Step 3
Add sliced peppers and cook for 4-5 minutes
Step 4
Remove sausage and peppers from the skillet
Step 5
Add butter and shredded/chopped cabbage to the same skillet
Step 6
Add seasonings and stir
Step 7
Allow cabbage to cook for 6-8 minutes or until softened
Step 8
Add sausage and peppers back into the skillet and mix everything together
Step 9
Allow to cook for a remaining 4-5 minutes until done
Step 10
Remove from the heat and serve
