sliced into 1/4-inch thick pieces

2 x 15 ozcans green beans

2 tablespoonsgarlic olive oil

¼ cupchicken stock
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure it’s ready for the casserole.

Wash and halve the baby potatoes, and slice the sausage into ¼-inch thick pieces.

Heat Garlic Olive Oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sausage slices and cook until browned. Then, add chopped onions and cook until softened.

Add minced garlic and butter to the skillet. Once the butter melts, add Creole seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir well to coat.

In a large mixing bowl, combine halved baby potatoes, drained green beans, and the seasoned sausage mixture from the skillet. Mix thoroughly.
