Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure it’s ready for the casserole.
Step 2
Wash and halve the baby potatoes, and slice the sausage into ¼-inch thick pieces.
Step 3
Heat Garlic Olive Oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sausage slices and cook until browned. Then, add chopped onions and cook until softened.
Step 4
Add minced garlic and butter to the skillet. Once the butter melts, add Creole seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir well to coat.
Step 5
In a large mixing bowl, combine halved baby potatoes, drained green beans, and the seasoned sausage mixture from the skillet. Mix thoroughly.
Step 6
Taste and adjust seasoning, then add salt to taste. Pour chicken stock into the bowl and mix well.
Step 7
Grease a 13×9 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Transfer the casserole mixture into the dish, spreading evenly.
Step 8
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for about 40 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
Step 9
Once cooked, remove from oven and serve hot. Enjoy your delicious sausage, potato, and green bean casserole!
