Step 1
Preheat the oven at 180°C (350°F).
Step 2
In a large bowl, whisk almond butter, maple syrup, oil and vanilla.
Step 3
Add oat flakes, TVP, sunflower seeds, almonds, pecans, chia seeds, cinnamon and salt. Stir.
Step 4
On several baking sheets lined with parchment paper, spread the preparation. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring a few times during cooking, until the granola is dry and golden. Remove from oven and let cool. Add the cranberries and stir.
