Instructions
Step 1
Mix together water and yeast and let foam for about 10 min.
Step 2
While that is resting, add 4 c hot water to the mixer.
Step 3
Add salt, sugar, powdered milk, oil and eggs. Mix well, about 2 minutes.
Step 4
Add 8 cups flour and mix well, about 2 minutes.
Step 5
Add the yeast mixture and 4 more cups flour; mix another 5 minutes.
Step 6
Start adding flour 1/4 c at a time and mixing well after each addition until dough sticks to itself, but is still sticky. It will vary each time you make the rolls.
Step 7
Let rise until doubled in bulk. Punch down, roll out and cut. Let rise again.
Step 8
Place on greased baking sheets. Bake at 350 for @ 10 - 20 minutes, depending on the oven.
