Haji Biryani — We're Eating
Also know as Puran Dhaka Biryani, this rice dish originates from the capital of Bangladesh from one of the oldest towns. This is actually one of my favorite biryanis to eat, since the rice is different, the flavor profile is smoky and spicy, and it’s just overall so damn good.
