Instructions

Prepare The Turkey

To Prepare the Gravy

Ingredients for the Gravy: 1/2 cup soft butter (120 grams), 1/2 a cup of sifted white flour (60 grams), 4 cups chicken or beef broth. 1/3 cup cooking cream. 1 teaspoon salt. 1 teaspoon black pepper.
