Instructions

Preparation

Step 1
Dissolve palm sugar in small amount of water by heating until brown and viscous
Step 2
Add palm sugar syrup to remaining seasoning ingredients, mix and set aside
Step 3
Roast peanuts in pan or oven; set aside
Step 4
Wash and cut/prepare all other ingredients

Mixing

Step 5
Add chili slices and garlic pieces to mortar and pound to bruise
Step 6
Add beans, pound to bruise
Step 7
Add carrot and papaya, pound to bruise
Step 8
Mix with seasoning
Step 9
Add tomatoes and stir

Serving

Step 10
Serve with peanuts and dried shrimps
