Preparation
Step 1
Dissolve palm sugar in small amount of water by heating until brown and viscous
Step 2
Add palm sugar syrup to remaining seasoning ingredients, mix and set aside

Roast peanuts in pan or oven; set aside
Step 4
Wash and cut/prepare all other ingredients
Mixing

Add chili slices and garlic pieces to mortar and pound to bruise
