Instructions

Raspberry cream

Step 1
Chop the raspberries.
Step 2
Add all the ingredients to a small bowl and mix well.

Sandwich

Step 3
To a flat plate add the egg, milk and sugar. Whisk well.

Soak each brioche slice in the egg mixture.
Step 5
Heat the butter in the pan. Reduce the heat to medium and add the brioche slices. Fry for 1,5-2min then flip. Fry for another 1,5-2min.
Step 6
Slice the banana and chop the hazelnuts.
Step 7
Spread the bottom brioche slice with the raspberry cream.
Step 8
Top it with the banana slices and sprinkle on the hazelnuts.
Step 9
Stack the other brioche slice on top and enjoy!
