Instructions
Step 1
Peel potatoes, cube cut them, then add to water in a pot with some salt

Bring to a boil then drain potatoes
Step 3
Add olive oil to a pan on medium heat
Step 4
Allow oil to get hot, then add the potatoes
Step 5
Do not stir until after 2-3 minutes
Step 6
Season with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, and parsley
Step 7
Stir and leave for about 2 minutes
Step 8
Stir again and remove from heat
Step 9
Serve with scrambled eggs and ketchup
