Air Fryer Pesto Pasta Chips

We finally decided to try making our own pasta chips and we're so glad we did! Our Air Fryer Pesto Pasta Chips are SO GOOD and so so snackable! We serve them with a quick and easy garlic aioli for a great lil snack to enjoy at anytime!

Instructions
Step 1
1. garlic aioli: Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl and whisk together. Season with salt and pepper and whisk again. Set aside until ready to use.

2. pasta chips: In a small bowl combine pesto, pasta and 1 tablespoon of parmesan. Toss together until pasta is evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper and toss again.

3. Lightly coat an air fryer basket with cooking spray and add pasta in an even layer (make in two batches depending on air fryer size, to not overcrowd basket).
Step 4
4. Set air fryer to 400˚F and air fry for about 12 to 15 minutes, stopping air fryer every 4 minutes to shake basket.
Step 5
5. Once pasta chips are browned and crisp, season with more salt and pepper as needed.
Step 6
6. Transfer chips to a serving bowl or platter and sprinkle with remaining parmesan. Serve with garlic aioli.
