Step 1
Begin by chopping your garlic cloves and green onions. Then, proceed by slicing your bacon strips into bite-sized pieces.

Heat up your pan on medium heat. Add 2 Tbsp of cooking oil. Once it's heated, add your garlic slices and cook for 2 minutes.

Then, add your chopped green onions and bacon and cook until golden brown.
Step 4
Next, add 1 Tbsp of soy sauce and mix.

Once it's mixed, add a Tbsp of your chili oil.
Step 6
Toss in 1 serving of cooked rice. Flatten and mix thoroughly.
Step 7
Turn off the heat and transfer the rice into a bowl. Flip the bowl on a plate and lift up the bowl to get a nice semi-rounded presentation.
Step 8
On the same pan, add some oil and crack an egg.
Step 9
Serve on top of rice and enjoy!
