Instructions
Step 1
In a wok or pan over maximum heat, add a drizzle of oil and sauté rice until slightly crispy, about 2 minutes
Step 2
Move rice to the side of your pan, add another drizzle of oil and toss in carrot, onion and garlic. Cook for one minute and then mix altogether with the rice
Step 3
Add frozen peas, soy sauce and sesame oil
Step 4
Move rice to a side of the pan again, add a drizzle of oil and crack in the eggs. Drizzle eggs with Yondu and scramble. Mix with the rice.
Step 5
Add scallion, sauté for 30 more seconds and serve
