Step 1
Pre-heat the oven to 190c gas 5 170c fan oven
Step 2
Heat up a large deep sided pan with the olive oil. Add the onions and soften before adding the garlic and peppers, then continue to fry for another 2 minutes on a medium heat
Step 3
Add the chopped tomatoes and bring to the boil, then add the Puréety Bolognese seasoning and leave to simmer for around 20 minutes (stirring every so often). You may need to add a splash of water if the sauce becomes too thick
Step 4
Add the basil

In a separate saucepan, bring a pan of salted water to the boil, add the Gnocchi and give it a little stir to ensure the Gnocchi doesn't stick to the bottom
Step 6
Reduce the pan to a simmer and cook for 2-4 minutes until the gnocchi floats to the surface of the water before draining
Step 7
Combine the gnocchi and tomato sauce, tear the mozzerella into smaller pieces and mix well before transferring into an ovenproof dish
Step 8
Mix cheese and breadcrumbs in a bowl and top the oven proof dish with the crumb
Step 9
Place in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling and the breadcrumbs are golden brown - serve and enjoy!
