Instructions

Step 1
Heat oven to 325°. Mix all ingredients together by hand. Pour batter into a greased and parchment-lined 9x5 inch loaf pan (I recommend making a hammock with the parchment for easy extraction from the pan). Bake for one hour and ten minutes, rotating halfway through the baking process. Test whether bread is done before removing it from the oven. Cool for ten minutes and then remove from the pan. Continue cooling on a wire rack.
