this is a super easy meatball recipe that is also very delicious! 😋 also can freeze them!

Instructions
Step 1
1. Get a big bowl and add both meat into a bowl
Step 2
2. Then dice the onion, garlic and parsley and add with the mixed meat.
Step 3
3. Add egg yolk, salt , pepper and paprika and mix together well.
Step 4
4. Roll into ball shapes and place on a hot pan adding a little bit of oil.
Step 5
5. Cook for 10-15mins until you get crispy edges turning them around every so often.
Step 6
6. Enjoy!
