Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef or turkey (if using), breaking it up into small crumbles as it cooks. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Once fully cooked, drain any excess fat and set aside.
Step 3
In an oven-safe dish, combine the drained Rotel tomatoes, cubed Velveeta, cubed colby jack cheese, onions, heavy cream, cilantro, shredded colby jack cheese, salt, pepper, and cooked ground beef.
Step 4
Place the dish into the air fryer and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the dip is heated through. Remember to check on your dip occasionally, as air fryer cooking times may vary. Stir as needed.
Step 5
Carefully remove the dish from the air fryer and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve your delicious air fryer Rotel dip with tortilla chips and enjoy!
