Red Velvet Cheesecake Brownies
These brownies are absolutely delicious with the tangy cheesecake layer and the soft and fudgy brownie layer coming together. Definitely try it out and follow for more recipes!

Ingredients
12 servings
½ cupbutter
melted
¼ cupcocoa powder
¾ cupsugar
2eggs
½ tspvanilla
½ tspsalt
½ tspred gel color
1 tspvinegar
⅔ cupflour
Cheesecake Layer
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 F, if you're using a light coloured pan. (If you're using a dark pan, do 325 F)

Step 2
Heat up and melt butter and add cocoa powder to the warm butter. Mix in the sugar.
Step 3
When it cools down a little bit, add in the egg and whisk really well
Step 4
Add in vinegar, food color, salt, and vanilla.
Step 5
Mix in the flour and then gently mix with spatula
Step 6
In another bowl, add the cream cheese and beat it with a mixer.
Step 7
Add in the sugar and mix it in. Then add the egg, vanilla and salt. Mix until combined
Step 8
In a 9x9 square baking pan lined with parchment paper, pour in the brownie mixture and leave a little bit to the side. Smooth that out.
Step 9
Pour over the cream cheese mixture and smooth it out. Put a few dollops of the leftover brownie mixture and run a toothpick through to make a few pretty swirlies.
Step 10
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the a toothpick inserted comes out with a few crumbs. You ideally want it to have an internal temp of 195-205 F.
Step 11
Let it cool and then refrigerate for at least 2 hours for best results
