Instructions
Step 1
Heat milk until warm (110 to 140C). Add all other yeast mixture ingredients to the milk and let proof for 5-10 minutes.

Combine all dry ingredients and mix well
Step 3
Add yeast mixture to dry ingredients and mix until you can form a ball. Cover with a damp towel or saran wrap and let rest for 60 minutes.
Step 4
Preheat oven to 510F
Step 5
Spread the dough out on an oiled cast iron pan and spread out to the desired shape (leave a thicker crust). Let rest again for 10 minutes.
Step 6
Drizzle with oil and bake for 8 minutes.
Step 7
Add toppings and bake for 8 minutes.
Step 8
Broil until topping are done to desired doneness. (3 min high)
Step 9
Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
