“Fried gnocchi” is a traditional recipe from the Emilia Romagna region in the centre of Italy and it is a fried dough. Serve it with ham, mortadella, salame or cheese for an aperitivo that will make you whisper… MAMMA MIA 😍

To FRY
Instructions
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, knead your dough for 5/10 mins, cover with cling film and rest for 30 mins.

Step 2
Roll out your dough to a 3mm sheet then cut it into small rectangles.

Fry in hot sunflower oil for a minute each side and serve with ham, Mortadella, salame or cheese. Buon appetito!
