Instructions

Step 1
Rinse rice under cold water. Keep rinsing until the water runs clear.
Step 2
Soak rice in water for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Drain water, and pour in 4 cups of cold water and an umeboshi on top of the rice.
Step 4
Cook in rice cooker.
Step 5
After cooking, lay rice out on top of parchment paper to cool.

In a bowl, mix all ingredients together.

Damp hands and lay rice, flat on palm.
Step 8
Place filling on top of rice, then lay another layer of rice on top.
Step 9
Shape into a ball and place more rice until a sphere is achieved.
Step 10
Once a sphere and desired size is achieved, shape into a triangle. Do not press too hard or the rice will turn into mush.
Step 11
Place rice ball on top of nori and fold nori in. NOW LET'S EAT!!
