Instructions

Step 1
In lg. covered skillet, heat olive oil over med.-high heat & cook chicken in oil until browned on all sides. Remove chicken from skillet.
Step 2
Arrange potatoes in skillet to cover bottom; scatter garlic cloves over potatoes. Place chicken on top; sprinkle pepper, salt, & parsley over chicken. Pour sherry & port over all.
Step 3
Cover & simmer (45 min.) over low heat until potatoes & chicken are cooked through.
Step 4
Served with salad & crusty French bread.
