all purpose seasoning

3 spoonmaggi liquid seasoning

For the Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Cut and clean chicken properly, wash chicken with vinegar and two limes
Step 2
Blend onion, garlic, thyme, scallion, 1 tbls browning, and 2 spoon sugar together, after going to pour out the wet season onto the chicken then rub it together and let it marinade for 1 hour.
Step 3
In a pan pour 2 cups water add soy sauce, wine, ketchup and bbq sauce. Cook for 15 mins
Step 4
Get jerk pan or bbq grill ready. Place chicken on the grill flip chicken every 7 minutes, use beer to wet chicken to keep it moist. Cover grill and let chicken soak.
Step 5
Can add sauce during or after.
