Instructions
Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine barbecue sauce, teriyaki sauce, garlic. Set aside 1/3 of the mixture

Cut up the chicken into bite-sized pieces
Step 3
In a gallon size Ziploc bag, combine remaining 2/3 of the sauce and the chicken. Marinade for a least 2 hours or overnight.
Step 4
Cut up the bell pepper, onion, and pineapple into bite-sized pieces.
Step 5
After marinating, thread the chicken, pineapple, bell pepper, and onion onto skewers. Brush with oil and season with salt and pepper
Step 6
Preheat the grill to medium heat
Step 7
Add the skewers to the grill and cook. Turn occasionally until the chicken is completely cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165 F
Step 8
Brush the chicken with the remaining sauce and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes
Step 9
Serve immediately.
