Instructions

Step 1
Set oven to 180C. Pour your nuts onto a tray and sprinkle over some salt (optional).
Step 2
Roast in the oven for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Leave to cool for a 10 minutes or so, then pour into a food processor. I used a hand blender, but a food processor would be much quicker and there will be much less mess!
Step 4
After a few minutes of blending, pour in your melted coconut milk and continue to blend until smooth
Step 5
Once it’s smooth, pour into a tub and sprinkle over some salt (again optional)
Step 6
I ate mine with some banana bread but this will last for 3-4 weeks (not in my house!) if it’s properly sealed
