Instructions
Step 1
Wash all produce
Step 2
Cut pork if necessary; tenderize and season pork.
Step 3
Trim onion, bell pepper, and celery. Dice onion and bell pepper, chop celery.
Step 4
Heat butter in large pot over med-hi heat. Add pork and sear until brown. Remove from pot.
Step 5
Add veggies to pot and cook until soft.
Step 6
Add pork back to pot and fill with water until covered. Cover pot with a sliver to vent steam and let cook until most of the water has evaporated.
Step 7
Serve over rice
