Instructions
Step 1
In a food processor chop almonds and pecans into large pieces.
Step 2
Add 10 medjoul dates (pits removed) and pulse again until combined.
Step 3
Add 1 cup nut butter and pulse until combined. Scrape down sides if necessary.
Step 4
Add vanilla and stevia (or monkfruit) liquid sweetener and pulse until incorporated. Scrape down sides if necessary.
Step 5
Press into an 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper and refrigerate. Cut into 20 pieces.
