2 tinsbaked beans
red pepper
Finely chopped
0.5red onion
Finely chopped
2 Tbspcajun seasoning
2 Tbspbrown sugar
1 Tbsppaprika
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce
1 Tbspsoy sauce
1 tspgarlic paste
1 tsptomato paste
300gpulled pork

Instructions
Step 1
Grab a deep dish skillet or frying pan add some cooking oil heat to medium
Step 2
Add the chopped onions to the pan and brown off
Step 3
Add the red pepper
Step 4
Shred and add the cooked pulled pork
Step 5
Optional deglaze the pan with some white wine or beer
Step 6
Add the baked beans
Step 7
Add the seasoning
Step 8
Add the soy sauce garlic paste tomato paste,soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce
Step 9
Reduce and allow to thicken
Step 10
Garnish with melted cheese and chopped bacon
