Step 1
- Preheat your oven to 350F degrees - Grease & flour a 9x9 inch baking pan - Clean and grate 1 cup of carrots and set aside. - Whipped 1cup of sugar with 1/2 cup of vegetable oil - Mix in your 2 eggs - In another bowl combine 1 cup of flour, 1/2 tsp. of baking powder, 1/2 tsp. of baking soda, 1/4 tsp. of salt, & 1 tsp. cinnamon. - Stir in carrot mixture - Pour into the prepared baking pan and bake in a preheated oven for about 40 minutes -Remove and serve
