Instructions
Step 1
Make roux (butter + flour) on low-medium heat in a pot. Add herbs and spices. Whisk constantly for a minute.
Step 2
Add onion and garlic. Saute for a few minutes.
Step 3
Slowly add liquid while whisking. Add pepper and worchestire sauce.
Step 4
Bring to a boil, then immediately lower the temperature to a simmer. Add aromatics and diary products.
Step 5
Cook for 10-15 minutes until texture is good.
