Easy Swedish Meatball Sauce

Add a 1/2 tsp of salt for in depth flavor

I have been making variations of this recipe, for years. Easily made from cupboard essentials, when you buy meatballs. I am not a vegetarian, but really like this dish with, Quorn Swedish meatballs… You would never know, as maintain, great texture & taste.

Easy good and delicious

Trust the process- don't add extra flour to thicken the sauce, and measure the pepper and rosemary. If using turkey meatballs, add a little salt.

I use thyme instead of rosemary and only one tablespoon of flour. It’s perfect and my kids love it!

Family favorite here. I serve it over egg noodles and with frozen meatballs from Walmart. Quick, easy, and filling meal.
