Instructions
Step 1
Brown the ground beef with onions over medium high heat for about 5 to 7 min.
Step 2
Add peppers and continue cooking for 5 to 7 more minutes or until cooked through.
Step 3
Drain the grease.
Step 4
Add it back to the pan along with the cauliflower, garlic, salt and pepper.
Step 5
Cook and stir until cauliflower is tender.
Step 6
Add cheddar cheese on top of the cauliflower and beef mixture.
Step 7
Turn heat to low, cover pan with a lid, and allow cheese to melt.
