Hamburger helper was one of my favorites growing up. Its a very nostalgic taste for me. This recipe is a perfect homemade copy.

Instructions

Step 1
Brown your beef in a deep pan, adding the onions toward the end, as well as seasonings.
Step 2
Once its browned up, add pasta, tomato sauce, milk, and broth. Stir well, and throw on that lid.
Step 3
Lower heat to low, and let cook until noodles are finished. (About 15-20 minutes)
Step 4
Let it cool down a bit, and add your cheese. Stir well, and enjoy!
