Instructions
Step 1
Chop potatoes, onions and garlic and place in a heavy saucepan
Step 2
Pour the tomatoes into the saucepan, adding a little bit of water if the potatoes are not covered.
Step 3
Add the sugar, salt and pepper.
Step 4
Bring to the boil, then cover and simmer until potatoes are cooked.
Step 5
Add the drained tuna, capers, herbs and olive oil to the stew.
