Crockpot Honey Chicken

Instructions

Step 1
Season chicken with salt and pepper
Step 2
Cook chicken on high for 1 hour
Step 3
Mix together remaining ingredients except cornstarch and add to crockpot. Cook another 2-3 hours till chicken is done.
Step 4
Remove chicken from sauce and chop into bite size pieces. Add cornstarch to sauce and cook 10 minutes till sauce thickens. Add chicken back to pot and stir with sauce.
Step 5
Serve hot with rice and veggies.
