Instructions
Step 1
Remove seeds, chop then blend peppers and strain the juice into a measuring cup. For added spice keep some seeds.
Step 2
If there isn't 1/2 cup of juice, add enough water to make 1/2 cup.
Step 3
Transfer peppers to the stove and add the juice, vinegar and sugar. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Add the Certo and cook one more minute. Put in hot clean jars and seal.
Step 5
Serve over crackers as a snack.
