Instructions
Step 1
Peel and chop potatoes into cubes.
Step 2
Melt duck fat.
Step 3
Coat potatoes in duck fat.
Step 4
Stovetop: melr duck fat in a pan and pan fry potatoes in batches, flipping every couple of minutes until crispy.
Step 5
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Step 6
Airfryer: preheat airfryer to 380 degrees F. Once the potatoes are coated in duck fat, add salt and pepper to taste. Add the potatoes to the airfryer once preheated.
Step 7
Cook for 15 minutes, flipping potatoes halfway through.
Step 8
Remove and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
