Instructions
Step 1
1. In a bowl mix the Caramel treat with a fork until it loosens. Then set a side.

2. In a new bowl, mix the heavy cream on high speed until it becomes thick and peaks.

3. Add the Caramel treat to the cream and mix on high speed again until combined.

4. Crush up 2 Peppermint Crisp bars and fold it into the Caramel cream mixture.

5. In dish of choice, layer the bottom with tennis biscuits.

6. Add a dollop of the cream filling on top and smooth it out until the biscuits can't be seen. Add another layer of biscuits on top and repeat layers. Ending on the cream filling layer.
Step 7
7. Add crushed tennis biscuits and remaining Peppermint Crisp bar on top.
Step 8
8. Put in the fridge to chill for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight.
