Step 1
Preheat over to 250. Spray Small Bar Pan non-stick cooking spray
OvenPreheat
Step 2
Combine sugar, melted butter, egg + vanilla in a small bowl. Mix well
Step 3
Combine flour, cocoa powder + salt in a small bowl. Add to wet butter + whisk until smooth
Step 4
Stir ¼ cup of chocolate chips into batter
Step 5
Spread batter evenly in pan
Bake 18-20 minutes or until brownie is set in the center
Remove from oven to cool
Step 6
Immediately sprinkle remaining chocolate chips over hot brownie.
Cool before cutting.
