Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Step 2
In a stand mixer or bowl, mix spinach & cream cheese together until fully combined. add grated manchego & gouda. (these are the cheeses I had, but parm or any cheeses of preference work!). add in your seasonings and mix well.
Step 3
On parchment lined baking sheet, lay out refrigerated pizza crust and cut into a large triangle (tree shape).
Step 4
Add your spinach dip and spread evenly. It helps if you wet your fingers with a little bit of water and press to spread it.
Step 5
With your remaining dough, shape into the same triangle shape to cover the top of the tree.
Step 6
For cutting the pull apart pieces, start by cutting into tree across all the way down. *you want to make sure you dont cut through the whole tree and leave a part in the middle so it stays intact.
Step 7
Once you finish cutting all the way down, twist out the cut parts of the tree on both sides.
Step 8
Bake at 400 for 20-24 minutes.
Step 9
Once finished, brush along the whole tree with melted butter. Serve and enjoy!
