Step 1

Preheat convection oven to 400ºF

Step 2

In a pan, sauté onions until translucent and set aside.

Step 3

Butterfly hotdogs and grill until cooked.

Step 4

Place rolls in convection oven to lightly toast

Step 5

Remove rolls and place hot dog and pepper jack cheese on rolls and bake until cheese melts

Step 6

Remove from oven and top with grilled onions, relish, and spicy mayo, serve
