Instructions
Step 1
Toast paprika, seeds, cayenne pepper, walnuts. Then blitz in a food processor to create a crumb like mix

Drain beans and chickpeas
Step 3
Add a table spoon of the breadcrumbs and the grated cheese, and mash with the toasted mix, beans and chickpeas
Step 4
Whisk egg and put into a bowl. Add bread crumbs to another bowl
Step 5
Form 2.5cm diameter balls with the mashed mixture
Step 6
Dip the balls in egg and then roll in the breadcrumbs
Step 7
Shallow fry in enough oil to cover half way up the balls
Step 8
Flip the balls after 5
Step 9
Take out and place on kitchen paper
