Instructions

Sauce

Step 1
To a small bowl add the ketchup, mayo, mustard, pepper and pickle juice and mix everything until well combined

Schnitzel

Step 2
Cut the chicken breast in the middle without cutting it completely. Season with salt and pepper

Whisk the egg and milk in a flat plate Add the breadcrumbs to another flat plate

First soak the chicken in the egg mixture and then in the breadcrumbs

In a large pan heat up the sunflower oil. When the oil is hot maintain the heat on high and add the chicken

Deep fry the chicken for 2-3 min each side.

Sandwich

Step 7
Cut the bread in half. Spread the butter on both sides Toast until golden brown
Step 8
Spread the bottom half with the sauce
Step 9
Place the salad leaf on the bread. Slice the tomato and add it as well
Step 10
Finish with the Schnitzel
