Ingredients

300gKaranda
fresh, ripe ones would be a perfect for making jam, cut them in half
1 cup of water
1 cupwater
A pinch of salt
salt
100 g of Sugar
100gsugar
3 teaspoon Honey
3 teaspoonhoney

Instructions

Step 1
Put water in a pot over medium-high heat. When the water is boiled, put the Karanda that cut in half into the pot.
Step 2
Slowly stir and whisk and make sure that you stir thoroughly.
Step 3
When the Karanda is getting soft, put sugar into the pot and continually stir.
Step 4
Simmer the jam for a couple minutes then add a pinch of salt and honey, stir well. Taste and adjust as necessary.
Step 5
Transfer the jam to a glass jar and leave it in a room temperature until it is cool down.
Step 6
When the jam is cool down, close it with a lid and put in refrigerator
