Ingredients
2 servings
Short Rib
3 lbbeef short ribs
2 Tbspolive oil
2 Tbspgarlic powder
2 Tbsponion powder
1 Tbspkosher salt
1 Tbspblack pepper
3 cupslow-sodium beef broth
more as needed
1 cupred wine
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce
3 sprigsthyme

Instructions
Step 1

Follow video for directions. Chop up your short rib into pieces like mine. Use the seasons listed to season the short ribs. Add more if needed.
Step 2

Follow video for directions. In a skillet on medium high heat, add olive oil. Place short ribs on skillet and allow to brown on each side.
Step 3

Follow video for directions. Once short ribs has browned, add beef broth, red wine and worcestershire. Bring to a boil. Add thyme sprigs.
Step 4

Follow video for directions. Once liquid reaches a boil, turn off heat and transfer ingredients to an air fryer safe dish.
Step 5

Follow video for directions. Air fryer at 300 degrees for 3 hours or until meat is fork tender. Check periodically, you may need to add more beef broth.
Step 6

Follow video for directions. Blend all of the ingredients listed for hummus. Add water as needed for blending.
Step 7

Follow video for directions. Plate your hummus. Top with parsley. Place cooked short rib on top and enjoy!
