Step 1
1. Clean and chop potatoes

2. Place chopped potatoes into a large bowl full of ice & water, let sit for 15 minutes

3. Drain potatoes

4. Add to a pot and fill with water just above the potatoes

5. Bring to a boil and cook for about 10 minutes or until just fork tender

6. Drain potatoes again

7. Heat oil in cast iron skillet over medium heat

8. Carefully place potatoes into oil, add rosemary & garlic cloves

9. Fry for 10-15 minutes, flipping if needed
Step 10
10. Place potatoes on plate covered with paper towel to absorb excess oil
Step 11
11. Sprinkle generous amount of salt, let cool a bit and enjoy!
