Instructions
Step 1
Boil little potato in a pot filled with water for 10 minutes, peel them (optional) and gently pat each potato with a knife, sit aside in a bowl.
Step 2
Dice some garlic, ginger, and slice scallion.
Step 3
Start with cooking oil in a heated skillet; gently put little potato in the pan to cook on medium heat until both sides are golden brown. Transfer potatoes into a bowl.
Step 4
Put unsalted butter in the heated skillet until fully melted; further add in diced garlic, ginger and salt to mix before putting potatoes in. Finally season with some black pepper powder and chopped scallion, remove from the heat. Serve warm.
