Instructions
Step 1
Preheat bbq and set oysters directly on grill
Step 2
While waiting for oysters to pop open start sauce
Step 3
Add butter to saucepan and melt
Step 4
Add minced garlic to melted butter and lightly brown garlic
Step 5
Next add olive oil and mix
Step 6
Add beer or wine and let simmer until slightly reduced
Step 7
Add Mrs dash and stir all together
Step 8
Once oysters have popped open, use protective gloves, remove oyster from shell and place into bottom shell disposing of top shell
Step 9
Next, while still in bbq drizzle oysters with garlic mixture made in the saucepan
Step 10
Top with shredded Parmesan cheese. Turn bbq off and close lid for 5 minutes allowing cheese to slightly melt
Step 11
With tongs or protective gloves remove oysters from bbq and enjoy!
