Instructions

Step 1
In a large bowl beat butter with a mixer on medium to high 30 seconds. Add sugar, baking powder, and salt. Beat until combined, scraping bowl as needed. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Beat in as much of the flour as you can. Stir in any remaining flour.
Step 2
Shape dough into 1-inch balls; roll in sprinkles to coat. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake in 375°F oven about 8 minutes or until edges start to brown. Cool on cookie sheets two minutes. Remove; cool on wire racks.
